Welcome to M365Chatbuddy, provided by Cloud Apps Mastery Ltd, a UK-based company and Microsoft ISV partner. By using our AI-powered solution, you agree to the following terms of use, which are designed to ensure a safe and lawful experience for all users.

Licensing

Licenses for M365Chatbuddy are purchased through the Azure Marketplace under the terms agreed upon during your subscription. By maintaining an active license, you will have full access to the features and functionality of the app. Your organisation is responsible for ensuring the license remains current to avoid any disruption of service.

User Responsibilities

As a user of M365Chatbuddy, you agree to:

  • Provide Accurate Information: When using the solution, users must provide accurate information for queries to receive the correct assistance.

  • Comply with Legal Regulations: Users must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations while using M365Chatbuddy. This includes, but is not limited to, data protection laws, privacy laws, and intellectual property regulations.

  • Use for Intended Purposes Only: M365Chatbuddy is designed to assist with Microsoft 365 applications only. Users must not use the service for any personal or non-work-related activities, nor for any activities that violate Microsoft’s or Cloud Apps Mastery Ltd's terms of service.

Limitations of Liability

Cloud Apps Mastery Ltd takes all reasonable steps to ensure that M365Chatbuddy provides accurate and up-to-date information. Our AI models are trained, manually tested, and monitored to provide reliable results related to Microsoft 365 applications. However, we cannot guarantee that all information provided will always be error-free or perfectly suited to every situation.

You agree that Cloud Apps Mastery Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from using M365Chatbuddy, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits.

Service Modifications

From time to time, we may need to modify or update the service to improve performance or introduce new features. Cloud Apps Mastery Ltd commits to notifying customers in advance of any significant changes or scheduled maintenance downtime. We will provide ample notice to ensure minimal disruption to your use of M365Chatbuddy.

In the case of any temporary downtime due to upgrades or maintenance, we will inform users ahead of time and work to restore services as quickly as possible.

Termination

Cloud Apps Mastery Ltd reserves the right to terminate your access to M365Chatbuddy under the following conditions:

  • Failure to maintain an active license: If your organisation’s subscription lapses or payment is not made, access to the service may be terminated until the issue is resolved.

  • Breach of Terms: Any violation of these terms, including but not limited to misuse of the service or violation of legal regulations, may result in the suspension or termination of your access.

  • At Customer's Request: Your organisation may terminate its subscription to M365Chatbuddy at any time through the Azure Marketplace. Upon termination, all access to the service will cease.

Intellectual Property

All content, information, and assistance provided by M365Chatbuddy remain the intellectual property of Cloud Apps Mastery Ltd and its partners. You agree that:

  • No Downloads or Copying: You may not download, copy, or distribute any part of the content provided by M365Chatbuddy for any purpose without prior written consent from Cloud Apps Mastery Ltd.

  • No Ownership: By using M365Chatbuddy, you do not own or gain any rights to the intellectual property within the service, including the AI models, content, or proprietary software used to deliver assistance.
